Botanical, Botany currently has 85% of its structure completed with the builder anticipating topping off by the end of May 2019.

While the structure nears completion, work on the inside for essential services is progressing well. 80% of the bathrooms are now completed.

The current estimated timing for full completion is anticipated for late fourth quarter 2019 and settlements are anticipated prior to Christmas 2019.

However, the project completion is subject to weather and any unforeseen matters.
